  • What will My Moving Manager do for me?
    Where do I start? First, we prepare you to move. We assess your move and understand your family's needs in moving home and minimise the risk of something going wrong in your move. Sure, there are some things you need to do but most we will take care of. If we can, we will. We also show you how to select the best trades that you will need in your move and then manage them for you, acting only in your interests. We do not provide recommendations for trades. Those shown in the Trade Links page are businesses we have used previously or they have high Google ratings. Our aim is to ensure that in six months you're not still unpacking boxes.
  • How do we manage your move?
    Every move that we do is different in its own way. Once we understand your move, which we do through a thorough analysis, we then implement a 60 point plan to ensure nothing is missed. Once you have selected your trades we work alongside them and help them to best perfrom their roles. By doing these things successfully we avoid the traps and pitfalls that can and unfortunately do happen. For example, how many people have a wet weather plan in place, and whilst we can't control the weather we can try and minimise the disruption it can cause.
  • What are the benefits for me?
    Easy, you get to sleep peacefully night one. There’s none of the usual stress associated with moving home. You don’t need time off work, you don’t need to waste your family holiday time. You don’t need to figure out all the important steps, key milestones, traps to avoid because we do it for you.
  • What doesn’t MMM do?
    You possibly already have a removalist, and perhaps someone to pack and unpack your prized belongings and family photos for your move. And thats good, because we don't do any of that. We are completely independent of the trades you are using but we don’t carry boxes or furniture, we don’t hang your art work, we don’t change your locks. But we do manage all of that, working only for YOU.
  • What does it cost?
    We offer three packages depending on you’re needs. Firstly there is our free moving guide for those that are happy to do it themselves. It has loads of tips and traps to avoid. It's complimentary, just register. Next, if you’re keen to be involved but want some support and help, we’ll show you the ropes and be there on moving day to run your move, or just help out. $2995 Lastly, we do it all. Sit back, relax, and at the end of the day enjoy your new home. $5,995

    Quite simply, experience. Having been personally involved in over 20 moves before starting My Moving Manager, John brings the experience and knowledge to a job that few of us do very often. And that moving home is often cited as one of the top 5 most stressful life events. Prior to starting My Moving Manager, John had over 30 years experience in corporate life, specifically banking. He's well versed in management as well as home lending and has seen first the impact of a loan not settling on time.
